"Wonderful Indonesia — 2026"

We had the distinct privilege of participating with our team in the "Wonderful Indonesia — 2026" international cultural event organized by the "Grain of Wheat for World Peace" committee in Istanbul. This prestigious organization served as an exceptional example of cultural diplomacy by strengthening the bridges of friendship among Uzbekistan, Türkiye, and Indonesia. It was a source of immense pride and responsibility for us that the honor of taking the stage first during the opening ceremony was bestowed upon the Uzbekistan team. By masterfully showcasing our national values, Uzbek elegance, and nobility, we successfully represented our country's rich cultural heritage on the international stage. During the official segment of the program, the collective resonance of the national anthems of Uzbekistan, Türkiye, and Indonesia elevated our national sentiments to their peak. While the captivating Uzbek dance performed by our team left the audience spellbound, our literature resonated on the world stage once again through the recitation of the poem "Özbeğim" (My Uzbek). The President of our Association, Ozoda Islomova, delivered an impactful address highlighting the ancient history and rich heritage of Uzbekistan. In particular, her poem reflecting the value of women in society—presented in both the Uzbek and Indonesian languages—received grand applause from the audience. The event brought together political figures, diplomats, and diaspora representatives from Türkiye, Iran, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, and Indonesia. Uzbekistan’s active role in cultural diplomacy was highly commended by the participants. The fact that every woman under the umbrella of our Association possesses "ten talents on ten fingers" (a multi-talented nature) was engraved in memories during this event, not merely as a phrase but as an undeniable reality. These cultural gatherings are planned to continue in Indonesia and Uzbekistan in the future. This initiative will continue to serve world peace through the unifying power of art.
