A High-Level Cultural and Commemorative Event in Istanbul Dedicated to Alisher Navoiy and Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur
In honor of the cherished memories of the great poet and statesman Alisher Navoiy, and the ruler and poet Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, a high-level spiritual and cultural commemorative program was organized by the "Uzbek Women's Rights Association" along the Bosphorus in Istanbul. This unique program, held aboard a vessel departing from the Eminönü port, brought together wise women from Uzbekistan, honorary members of our association, and active female representatives from across the Turkic world. Within the scope of the program, a powerful spiritual atmosphere was created through poetry recitations, ghazal readings, historical reminiscences, and sincere conversations.
Throughout the gathering, these two exceptional figures of our history were commemorated with deep respect and gratitude. Furthermore, the event provided a significant opportunity for the exaltation and widespread promotion of our national culture, rich literary heritage, and shared values.
