Meeting with the Working Group of the Migration Agency

A meeting was held at the office of the Uzbek Women's Rights Association with a working group from the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of the visit, an open dialogue was organized with our compatriots residing permanently in Türkiye, particularly migrant women. During the meeting, the participants raised questions of interest, discussed the challenges they face, and shared their suggestions and opinions. Furthermore, the discussions focused on strengthening the legal and social protection of women in labor migration and improving the mechanisms aimed at supporting them. Information was also provided on the systematic work being carried out by the Migration Agency, existing opportunities, as well as future plans and prospects. This event, in turn, marked a significant step toward strengthening continuous ties with compatriots abroad and ensuring their rights and interests.
