A meeting was held at the office of the "Society for the Protection of Uzbek Women’s Rights" with the working group of the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. As part of the visit, an open dialogue was organized with our compatriots residing in Turkey, particularly migrant women. Participants raised issues of concern, shared the challenges they face, and presented their proposals and observations. During the meeting, key topics discussed included reinforcing legal and social protections for female migrant workers and improving support mechanisms. Additionally, details were shared regarding the systematic work conducted by the Migration Agency, available resources, and future targets and prospects. This event marked an important step toward strengthening ongoing engagement with our compatriots abroad and safeguarding their rights and interests.
