Uzbek Women's Rights Association
The Uzbek Women's Rights Association is an internationally-visioned civil society movement that aims not only to protect women, but to empower them, elevate them to leadership positions, and enable them to play an active role in decision-making mechanisms.

Activity Areas
We work across a wide range of fields, from legal support and education programs to psychological counseling and international advocacy, to strengthen women’s rights, safety, economic independence and social impact.
Legal Support and Counseling
Providing free legal counseling for women facing violence or discrimination and building awareness on divorce, custody, alimony and inheritance rights.
Programs Against Violence
Running prevention work against violence against women, developing cooperation with shelters and crisis centers, and creating emergency support mechanisms.
Education and Awareness Activities
Organizing rights-based seminars, workshops and conferences for women and carrying out awareness work on gender equality.
Economic Empowerment Projects
Developing microcredit, vocational training and sales platform projects that support women entrepreneurs and handmade products.
Psychological Support
Offering individual and group therapy and counseling services for women who have experienced trauma, violence or pressure.
Advocacy and Lobbying
Preparing reports, recommendations and campaigns to influence lawmakers on women’s rights and ensuring representation in national and international women’s platforms.
Research and Reporting
Conducting field research on social issues faced by women and preparing publications, reports, statistics and analyses.
Programs for Young Women
Running projects focused on young women’s leadership, career development, combating child marriage and the right to education.
