Our Association was visited by Ms. Gülşen Coşanöz, an expert operating in the field of gastronomy.The purpose of the visit was to discuss potential opportunities for collaboration and exchange of expertise in gastronomy. During the conversation, views were exchanged on traditional and geographically indicated products, menu planning, culinary events, and gastronomy projects tailored for children. She is also the President of the Association of Gastronomy Culture and Tourism, as well as the initiator of the "Minik Şefler Festivali" (Little Chefs Festival) and "Gastro Kids Fest" projects.
