A tripartite cooperation protocol "On Joint Cooperation and Partnership in the Field of Vocational Education" has been signed between the "Tashkent City Center for Vocational Training, Retraining and Skills Development of the Unemployed", the "Uzbek Women's Rights Association" non-governmental organization in the city of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey, and the "Personals" vocational training center operating under “Sertifikacijascentrs SIA” in the city of Riga, Republic of Latvia.
