A Breeze of Uzbek Culture and Cuisine at the Istanbul Ethnosport Cultural Festival!

Ozoda Islomova, President of the "Uzbek Women's Rights Association," along with her team, actively participated in the 7th Ethnosport Cultural Festival held in Istanbul. Through the initiative of our Association President, the crowning jewel of Uzbek national cuisine—the authentic Uzbek Pilaf—was prepared and served to guests as a symbol of hospitality. Through this meaningful initiative, not only our national dish but also the deep-rooted hospitality, tolerance, and rich culture of the Uzbek people were beautifully showcased to a wide audience. Organized by the World Ethnosport Confederation, this prestigious festival takes place at the Istanbul Atatürk Airport event area. Bringing together participants from 35 countries, this international event features a wide array of vibrant activities, including traditional sports and national games, traditional handicrafts, national cuisines (gastronomy), and performing arts.
